This ballot proposal will bring four first-class casinos: one in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Toledo.  Additional benefits of the Ohio Jobs and Growth Plan include:
  • An estimated 34,000 new jobs
  • $200 million in up-front licensing fees to state government
  • Nearly $2 billion in estimated gross annual gaming revenues
  • $1 billion in required economic investment by the developers to be focused on the building sites in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Toledo.
  • 33% guaranteed tax on all gross annual revenues, resulting in an estimated $651 million of tax revenue distributed annually across Ohio.
